Let's Talk with Angelica Twidale | Her Adenomyosis, Endometriosis & Fertility Story | Living with Endo and Adeno, Advocating for Endo and Adeno & Listening to your body

Today's episode is with my incredible sister, Angelica Twidale. Gel is a registered nurse who is passionate about educating and supporting others living with endo, adeno or pcos. She was diagnosed with adeno in 2020 and endo in 2023, after experiencing heavy bleeding, pelvic pain and fatigue since her early teens. Angelica is dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives and wants to change the narrative, taboo and stigma associated with periods, adeno and endo.

We chat on:

  • Being diagnosed with endometriosis, the progression of her adeno and how she is managing currently

  • Undergoing early menopause in her early 20's and how that impacted her

  • The reality of egg retrieval and embryo freezing

  • Gel's thoughts on dealing with guilt and letting people down when living with chronic illness

  • Why she's so passionate about advocating for education, awareness and better care for people living with endo and adeno

  • All about Let's Lunch for Endo

  • Plus so much more!
