What is Let’s Talk, Period.?

Let’s Talk, Period. is the pioneering podcast in the endo space, offering a refreshing approach to managing chronic pelvic health conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS for Gen Z and millennial people assigned female at birth.

We’re done with stuffy and outdated chat abouts about periods and menstrual health. We’re revolutionising the way we discuss pelvic health conditions by fostering an inclusive and supportive community, through combining personal experiences, easy-to-understand information and relatable humour.

We create a space where laughter, tears and genuine connections make learning about endo, adeno and PCOS feel like chatting with a close friend.

Meet your Host

Isabella Gosling is the founder and host of Let’s Talk, Period., the go-to podcast and community for Endo, Adeno, PCOS and everything in-between. She was diagnosed with both endometriosis and adenomyosis in 2015, after nearly seven years of searching for answers for her symptoms and pain, spending countless hours searching google for ways to manage her conditions, trying to determine what information was and wasn’t reputable.

Isabella has first hand experience with the frustration, confusion, overwhelm and loneliness that comes with these conditions and was committed to ensuring no one else would have to feel that way. Since then, she has continuously advocated for better care, treatment and support for those living with chronic illnesses, which led to creating Let’s Talk, Period.

Isabella has been acknowledged for her efforts in the chronic illness space, having been awarded 7 NEWS’ Regional Young Achiever Award and recognised as a semi-finalist for the Soroptimist International Women Empowering others Award. She has a passion for ensuring the community feels supported, empowered and informed when it comes to managing their health, and values providing evidence-based, easy-to-understand information. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Nursing and has recently completed a Masters of Advanced Nursing Practice.
