What is your returns policy?
Let’s Talk, Period. offers exchanges or an online credit on all full priced items within 28 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original proof of purchase provided. This can be your order number, or the invoice received with your order. Let’s Talk, Period. has the right to reject a return, if it does not meet the above criteria. Should this be the case, you will be contacted to organise for the item/s to be sent back to you.
Can I exchange pre-order items for another size?
Unfortunately, pre-order items are not able to be exchanged, as quantities have been ordered based of what has been ordered, with no additional stock ordered. You can however return it for a store credit, and await the next pre-order.
Can I exchange my item for another size?
Yes, you are welcome to exchange your item for another size. When enquiring about a return, please indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or store credit. Every attempt will be made to offer this to you.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so please choose carefully.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping for incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Let’s Talk, Period. is not liable for returns lost in transit. If your item is faulty or the incorrect item - Let’s Talk, Period. will cover the return shipping cost.
If I make a purchase using a discount code, is this considered a sale item and ineligible for a return?
If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return!
My item is faulty/incorrect, what do I do?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email hello@letstalkperiod.com.au within seven (7) days of delivery. We will investigate and assist you further.
My item has been damaged in the washing machine, what do I do?
Our items are made from beautiful quality fabric. To keep it in it's best condition we always recommend looking after your pieces with the highest level of care. Be sure to launder them as per the care instructions on the garment label.
Let’s Talk, Period. will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from washing machines or laundry products, including, but not limited to items caught on washing machines, products causing stains, bleaching or dye leaking, or damage to items from ironing or steaming.
How do I return my item?
To return your item, follow this link and follow the prompts. It’s super easy.
What is the returns address?
Once you have lodged your return, the returns address will be provided to you.
Please ensure you have lodged your return online, prior to sending it to the returns address.
Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 15 days for your item to be returned to us, then 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
