Let's Talk with Krystal Lippold | Founder of The Endo Essentials, Endo and Adeno Warrior

Hey beautiful, welcome back to another episode of Let's Talk, Period.

Today's episode is with Krystal Lippold. Krystal was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, after a suspected appendix rupture. She's since undergone seven excision surgeries and has also been diagnosed with adenomyosis and interstitial cystitis. Krystal had her daughter Amelia, via an emergency cesarean three years ago, and has since had a full hysterectomy at the age of 30. Despite her health struggles, Krystal is passionate about making a difference. Since working for herself for a number of years, creating gorgeous candles, Krystal has recently re-launched her business to The Endo Essentials, a curated range of essentials for endo warriors, aiming to bring awareness and change around endometriosis.

We chat on:

  • The decision to have a hysterectomy for adenomyosis at 30

  • Why Krystal left her full time role, and started her business The Mini Collection
