Let's Talk PCOS and Exercise

Hey gorgeous and welcome back for another solo episode of LTP!

In today's solo episode I am sharing all about the role of moving your body or exercising when it comes to managing PCOS. September is PCOS Awareness Month so all throughout September I'll be sharing PCOS content to assist you in managing the condition, and feel more confident and supported!

If you are in need of support and assistance with body image or eating disorders, please contact The Butterfly Foundation on 1800 ED HOPE or 1800 33 4673.
